Ethnic Diversity and Public Good Provision: A Question of Scale

This paper is the one idea from my thesis that has not yet been published. The core idea of this paper is very simple – we can measure diversity at a variety of spatial scales, and the determination of the “correct” measurement of ethnic diversity requires significant consideration.
